CANCELLATION, RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Owing to the fact that everyone is entitled to change their minds when it comes to Jewellery, at GossBabe we do accept cancellations and returns.
Cancellations of orders in either full or partial can take place within 24 hours of placing the order. That’s right, in case you have placed an order on our website and then wish to cancel it, it can be done.
All you have to do is keep your order details ready and then get in touch with our customer support team. From here on, rest assured all the necessary steps will be taken.
Products ordered can be returned for multiple reasons. For this we have an easy and efficient return policy in place.
However, if a product received is damaged or defective, the customer support team should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. A snapshot of the product will be required, after which we will initiate a return and have it replaced or your amount refunded immediately.
These are some rules customers should keep in mind while returning merchandise:
- If you choose to initiate a return, it must be done within 6 days of delivery. Beyond 6 days, returns will not be entertained or accepted.
- We do not accept back rings.
- The returned merchandise should be unused and unwashed and retaining all its original packing and tags. Products without tags will not be accepted.
- While returning a product the invoice should be included, preferably with a little note mentioning the cause of return.
- While returning merchandise, make sure they are packed efficiently and securely, to prevent any damage during transit.
- If damaged, broken or unsealed, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.
- If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours of raising the return request. They should be shipped through a reliable courier service.
If the items returned do not meet the above mentioned requirements, they will not be accepted back by us. In such a case, they will be returned back to customers at their expense, without the reimbursement of the amount.
Our return process is easy and hassle free. To implement it you must follow the below mentioned steps:
STEP 1 – Return Initiation
- Log into your account at GossBabe.com.
- Go into the My Account section and then go into My Orders.
- Once in My Orders, select the order that needs to be returned.
- After selecting the order, click on Return after which a return order will be initiated.

Before calling please keep the following details ready:
- Order Number and Registered E mail id
- Product Name
- Your Address for pick up
The same should be mentioned in case you choose to email.
Following this, your return will be initiated and you will receive a Return Reference Number, along with a time and date for pick up.
Once your return has been initiated, you will be required to pack the products effectively.
- Please note while packing, the merchandise should be unwashed, unused and retaining all its original tags.
- Upon receipt of your product, you would have received a Return Form, that form has to be completely filled with the necessary details and dropped into the return package, along with the invoice and the cause of return.
- Soon a pick up will be scheduled and someone will be sent to collect the parcel.
- In a case where a reverse pick up cannot happen, customers are required to self ship the items to GossBabe.com and a sum of Rs 100/- will be credited to the customer in their GossBabe wallet. This will be done post the quality check upon receipt from our side.
All customers receive a Return Form that is enclosed with the ordered product upon receipt. During the time of returns, the Return Form is an easy to fill form that enables you to return the received shipment. In case you have lost it, a new one can be downloaded here.
The return form required the following information
- Order Number, Product Name & Return Reference Number
- Shipping Address

STEP 3 – Return and Quality Check
Returns can take from 3 to 4 working days to returned back to the GossBabe warehouse. Once return a quality check will be performed before initiating a refund or exchange.
A notification of the status of the return order will be sent to the customer within 48 to 72 hours, from the day of receiving the product.
STEP 4 – Refund, Credit Return OR Exchange
Customers can choose to have their money refunded in multiple ways:
This will be done as a cash refund via bank transfer into their accounts. It can be done for Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) through an RTGS, for which customers will have to fill out the necessary account details. The money will be fully refunded within 3 to 5 working days.
In this case, the cost of the product will be credited to your GossBabe Wallet for future GossBabe purchases.
For an exchange, you can select the product you want, pay for it by redeeming the money credited to your GossBabe Wallet.
